Handy Hints

•    place the neck section flat (V shape down) -  it should not rest directly against the neck
•    the horizontal arm sections should sit on the level of a bow tie
•    move arms ‘back and over’ to put the frame on
•    place the silicon dots where the frame is in contact with your clothing
•    if it slips, raise the arms, lift the frame and tilt it back – don’t push
•    extra comfort grips can be placed on the neck section if you have pronounced collar bones to ease pressure
