Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site and choose a category, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You may pay for your purchase using either PayPal or by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Delta, Electron, or Solo (payment using these options is also through Paypal – we have chosen Paypal to process these due to the excellent security, safety and ease of use that Paypal offers). We endeavour to process orders immediately and post them to you within 5 working days. This is providing that we have the item/s in stock. All our products are carefully packed to ensure protection.

Delivery will be by first class mail in the UK. International orders are sent by Air Mail – please contact our sales team for international orders and postage rates.

Conditions of Sale 

These conditions contain important terms which govern your business relationship with D-Cubed Design Limited. Therefore, please read them carefully. 

1. Definitions.
1.1 In these conditions 
”D3″ means, D-Cubed Design Limited.
”The Customer”, means any person, undertaking, buying or offering to buy goods from D3.
”Goods”, means all products supplied by D3. 

2. Terms
2.1 Orders are taken on receipt of an e-mailed order and payment details by this secure site. Or via Telephone, Fax or Mail.
2.2 Ownership of the goods remains with D3 until full payment is received from the customer for those said goods.

3. Deliveries 
3.1 D3 will as far as possible attempt to meet orders received and accepted. All orders are accepted conditionally upon the availability of the goods ordered, and D3 shall not be liable for failure to meet any order or part thereof for any reason whatsoever.
3.2 D3 may from time to time have to adjust its catalogue prices and product specification without prior notification. 

4. Returns 
4.1 All goods may be returned for exchange if they are found to be faulty, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. If goods are returned because the wrong size has been ordered, postage will be charged for the return delivery. 
4.2 Should D3 deliver goods incorrectly then D3 will reimburse the return postage costs at the equivalent of the Royal Mails 1st Class Letter Service at the prevailing rate. D3 will re deliver the replacement goods Post Free. All returns must be authorised by D3 before any goods are returned.
4.3 Goods are returned for exchange at the customers cost.
4.4 Goods must be returned without Wear & Tear Marks and the boxes must not be defaced. Any goods returned with Wear Marks or defaced boxes will not be accepted for exchange or credit by D3 unless faulty.
